Craig Bolwell - Director
Craig commenced his career in the insolvency profession at the Insolvency Trustee Service Australia (now known as the Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA)) and has been continuously engaged in the insolvency profession since 1992 and has gained extensive experience in personal and corporate insolvency.
Providing a pragmatic and hands on approach, Craig strives to provide a solution to all stake holders involved in an insolvency situation.
As an Official and Registered Liquidator Craig is able to accept appointments as Liquidator from the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court. His experience has been gained in various industries namely manufacturing, building and construction, wholesale and retail.

Karen Kelson - Director
Karen commenced her extensive insolvency career in the United Kingdom with a top 20 UK insolvency firm, and has worked exclusively in the area of insolvency since 1999. Karen returned to Australia in 2006 and worked with a couple of major insolvency firms before joining Craig Bolwell in 2010.
In 2012 Karen became registered as both a Registered Liquidator and an Official Liquidator of the Supreme Court of Victoria and Federal Court of Australia. In 2013 Karen became a director along with Craig Bolwell of the firm Bolwell Kelson Advisory.
Karen has supervised and controlled a large and diverse number of corporate and personal insolvency administrations. Work across various jurisdictions has provided Karen with wide exposure to a range of clients from various industries and countries.
Karen prides herself on her hands on approach with all stakeholders, aiming to ensure the best possible solution is reached for all concerned.
